Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Tirana

Arrive in Tirana and make your way to your reserved hotel. After checking in, enjoy some free time to explore the city. We’ll provide you with important information about the upcoming journey.

Day 2 Tirana City Tour

Start the day by exploring the historic Skanderbeg Square, named after Albania’s national hero. Visit the National Historical Museum to learn about the country’s past, and see landmarks like the Ethem Beu Mosque and the Clock Tower. Enjoy a leisurely walk down Bulevardi Deshmoret e Kombit, and consider visiting Bunk’Art (optional).

Day 3 Shkoder, Rozafa Castle, and Skadar Lake

Travel to Shkoder and visit Rozafa Castle, which holds a rich collection of artifacts and historical insights. Afterward, explore the city and optionally visit the Marubi Museum, known for its impressive photography collection. You can also enjoy lunch by Skadar Lake, where fish lovers can try the local dish, carp cooked in a casserole.

Day 4 Tour of Berat

Discover the charm of Berat, also known as the “City of a Thousand Windows.” Explore the Bachelor’s Mosque, walk through the stone streets, and visit local artisans selling handcrafted linens. Tour Berat Castle, which is still inhabited today, and visit the Ethnographic Museum and the Onufri Museum, famous for its Byzantine art. Enjoy some free time before returning to Tirana.

Note: This tour includes stair climbing and is not wheelchair accessible.

Day 5 Kosovo Tour – Prizren

Cross the border into Kosovo and visit Prizren, starting with its iconic fortress offering panoramic views. Explore the town’s rich blend of mosques, churches, and Turkish baths. Visit the Sinan Pasha Mosque, known for its elegant design, and immerse yourself in the cultural history of this fascinating city.

Day 6 North Macedonia – Ohrid Tour

Explore the UNESCO-listed town of Ohrid, one of Europe’s oldest settlements, located along the shores of Lake Ohrid. Visit the Church of St. John at Kaneo, perched above the lake, and explore the city center and the Old Bazaar. Afterward, take a trip to the beautiful Monastery of Sveti Naum before returning to Tirana.

Day 7 Departure

After breakfast, enjoy some free time before we transfer you to the airport, leaving you with wonderful memories of your journey.
